Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Wilderness Guide of the Psyche

Chrystina Andrews, LMFT Depth Psychologist, lives life guided by the wilderness of the psyche. With decades of clinical, spiritual, and somatic insight, her work invites both individuals and collectives into deeply held containers — spaces where the unconscious can speak, and where the symbolic becomes a compass. She draws on archetypal psychology, dreamwork, embodied imagination, and soul-rooted practices to help others discover a path back to their authentic selves and a renewed connection with meaning.

A Vital Compass: Psyche, Body, and Spirit

Chrystina’s work is rooted in the vital connection between body, psyche, and spirit — a triad that becomes especially crucial in times of polarization, loss, or transition. She sees this connection not only as a guide through pain and shadow but as a doorway into reclaimed vitality, relational depth, and creative emergence. Her approach is both tender and precise, offering grounded reflection without bypassing the wild terrain of soul.

Dreams, Movement, & the Wellspring of the Psyche

Dreams are both deeply personal and inherently collective. In Chrystina’s sessions, they become portals to the unconscious — expressions of the wellspring of the psyche rising through image, gesture, and symbol. She draws upon the teachings of Carl Jung, Marion Woodman, and the BodySoul Rhythms® lineage to integrate dreamwork with movement, art, and writing. The dream is not just interpreted — it is lived, danced, painted, spoken, and moved through.

Voice Dialogue & Active Imagination

Central to Chrystina’s work is the method of Active Imagination, including Voice Dialogue — a practice that allows the many parts of the self (including shadow and disowned aspects) to be explored in a safe, reflective container. These practices honor inner polarities, invite healing dialogue, and restore the balance of Eros and Logos — heart and mind, body and meaning.

Holding Space for the Collective

Chrystina also supports organizations and healing communities through archetypal reflection, dreamwork, and contemplative practice. Whether guiding individuals or groups, she holds the container of this work with loving attention and focused presence, always honoring the unique rhythm of each journey.
